Boston's most successful personal injury law firm has an opportunity for a Floater Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team. This full-time, on-site position comes with an attractive salary range of $55K-$60K and competitive benefits.


In this role, you will perform a wide range of administrative tasks and clerical duties in support of the firm’s litigation assistants and provide coverage for them and the receptionist as needed. In your first few weeks in this Floater Legal Assistant role, you can expect to:

  • Prepare documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Data entry regarding cases
  • Filing case paperwork
  • Provide back-up front desk phone coverage each day for the receptionist's lunch hour

  • 1+ years of office experience with a genuine interest in developing their skills and knowledge within a law firm setting; Internship experience will be considered
