This is a full-time contract opportunity starting at 6 months and is hybrid remote / on-site in Santa Monica, CA.


Mandatory Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience with video game analytics
  • 2+ years end to end data pipeline experience
  • Ability to query large data sets (>1PB) efficiently
  • You've gathered specific requirements from Game Analytics & Studios on telemetry needs
  • You've coordinated with Studio Devs + Engineers to design feature telemetry & data pipelines
  • You've ensured designs meet data optimization and quality standards
  • You've aligned efforts with franchise-wide development initiatives
  • You've formally documented Technical / Functional Document Specifications (TDS/FDS)
  • You've monitored the ingest of new telemetry requests & triage appropriately
  • You've led syncs with stakeholders to provide updates on telemetry status
  • You've coordinated Playtests between Studios & Game Analytics
  • You've assisted in requirements gathering / use case development
  • You've communicated across multiple teams and disciplines to keep Functional Spec aligned with Technical Spec
  • Advanced SQL and Python coding skills
  • Perforce, JIRA, Github, Databricks
