Position Overview

Senior Campaign Managers at Mythic Talent are key players in ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns for our brand clients and partners. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management and may require mentorship & training of junior campaign staff. An expert understanding of influencer marketing dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will work closely with our Director of Campaigns and Director of Operations, as well as our talent managers, sales team, and brand clients to coordinate campaign activities, manage activations from start to finish, and ensure all deadlines and client expectations are met.

As a Senior Campaign Manager at Mythic Talent, your responsibilities are pivotal in driving the success and growth of marketing campaigns. Here's a detailed breakdown of your key responsibilities:

Spearheading and Managing Campaigns

  • Lead and manage campaigns of any size and budget, demonstrating versatility and effectiveness in achieving campaign objectives

Campaign Strategy Development

  • Lead the development of comprehensive campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives, target audience insights, and industry trends. Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to define campaign goals, messaging, channels, and tactics

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, nurturing strong relationships, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver innovative campaign solutions that drive results

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, implementation, and optimization. Ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget

Team Leadership and Development

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to campaign management teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support team members in setting goals, developing skills, and overcoming challenges to drive individual and team success

Strategic Campaign Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing campaign ROI and client outcomes

Budget Management and Resource Allocation

  • Effectively manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Monitor expenditures, track performance against budget targets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource utilization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, talent management, and analytics, to align campaign strategies with broader business goals and ensure seamless execution across all departments

Client Presentations and Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive campaign reports, presentations, and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for future initiatives. Communicate findings in a clear, compelling manner to drive strategic decision-making and foster client confidence

Continuous Innovation and Learning

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and campaign management. Proactively seek opportunities for innovation, experimentation, and skill development to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge

Risk Management and Problem-Solving

  • Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the campaign lifecycle. Proactively identify solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement contingency plans to ensure smooth campaign execution and mitigate disruptions

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or related roles, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of results
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, partners, and leadership
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques to track campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving campaign objectives
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust and collaboration among team members and clients
  • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising
