The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our clients' paid search programs. Your expertise will be pivotal in utilizing our proprietary Deep Search software, along with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and/or SA360, to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include
Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define, execute, and optimize paid search strategies.
Conducting thorough analysis of campaign performance and implementing optimization tactics to drive KPIs.
Maintaining open communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
Leading internal meetings and client calls to review performance, discuss strategies, and address any challenges.
Contributing to strategic business reviews and presentations with clients, showcasing industry insights and opportunities.
About You
We're seeking a candidate with:
2-3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing, particularly managing PPC programs on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Proficiency in managing Shopping Ads and/or Performance Max Campaigns, preferably with retail-focused clients.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
Self-motivation, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace tools.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience managing programmatic/display and/or retail media campaigns.
Familiarity with SA360 and/or DV360.
Interest in technology-based solutions related to digital marketing.
Technical skills in website analytics tools, URL structures, JavaScript, and HTML.
Previous agency management experience.
