About the Role

In the pivotal role of Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be instrumental in driving demand and revenue growth for Concord. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated SaaS B2B Senior Demand Generation Manager with a proven track record of driving results to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing programs that drive engagement and demand across our buyer's journey. You will work with cross-functional teams to help execute your integrated marketing plays.

What we can expect from you

  • Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead in the development and building of integrated campaigns that achieve growth and revenue goals across multiple channels.
  • Lead campaign planning and performance measurement in coordination with Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Experience leveraging review sites such as G2
  • Define target audiences, buyer personas, and segments, and develop personalized messaging and content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to craft compelling marketing materials, such as emails, landing pages, and ad copy, that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, web, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset that balances the need to get things done in a timely manner while ensuring your efforts support ongoing iteration, optimization, and repeatability.
  • Drive continuous optimization of marketing automation systems, lead scoring models, and lead nurturing programs to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop demand-generation budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Actively participate in the respect of all practices and security policies of the company.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in demand generation, primarily in a sales-led B2B SaaS organization
  • At least 2 years managing direct reports
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using marketing automation platforms, Hubspot preferred.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various teams to gather input and align email marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Adaptability to Market Trends: Staying informed of the latest trends in demand gen marketing and adapting strategies to maintain the effectiveness of email campaigns.
  • Experience driving collaboration and commitment through project management platforms (Trello, Asana, Monday etc.) and impactful presentations.
  • Systematic approach to testing and refinement.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account Based Marketing) platforms and processes as we embark on transforming to an Account-first marketing organisation.
