Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with new vendors via call and email to ensure efficiency throughout the onboarding process
  • Work as a liaison between client and the department lead
  • Various administrative tasks as needed
  • Data entry of onboarded vendors
  • Vendor management
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Email communication throughout the company and clients

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Clear communication skills via phone calls
  • Professional email etiquette


Shifts:

Evening Shift (M-F 2-10pm)

Weekends (Wed – Sun 10am – 6pm), Thursday – Monday (10am – 6pm)
