About the Job:

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support by maintaining a busy calendar, managing consistent, complex travel plans and liaising on behalf of the Executive.
  • Create meeting preparation materials to ensure your Executive has necessary data, talking points, reports and research in advance of key appointments.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by responding to their needs quickly.
  • Assist with special assignments as requested by the Executive.
  • Extend assistance across the team with operational needs, event organization and varied projects.

About You:

  • Experienced. You have a minimum of 6 – 10 years’ experience working in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Diligent. You produce quality work in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of important details along the way.

  • Poised. You are level headed and can complete multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter. You take initiative and go the extra mile for your Executive.
