  • 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of 8D, DMAIC, 5S, PDCA, etc.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and techniques including Kaizen and Lean
  • Proven experience utilizing key quality tools including FMEA, APQP, PPAP/FAI, SPC, Control Plans, etc.
  • Six Sigma experience / certifications a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and intrinsically motivated, passion for quality improvement and process optimization
  • US Citizen OR permanent resident status only for this role
