Excellent new fulltime position open for an experienced Manager of Quality Control. This is a fully onsite role. Local candidates are ideal but relocation is offered for those candidates outside of the area.


MUST be either US Citizens or GC Holders for consideration.


Minimum skills and experience required:


  • BS Degree in an Engineering field
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in manufacturing and quality management
  • 2+ years of management experience, leading/mentoring teams, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Six Sigma certifications a huge plus
  • AS9100 Quality Systems
  • 8D, 5S, DMAIC, PDCA, Continuous Improvement
  • Proven experience in applying failure analysis techniques to isolate failures down to root cause
  • Strong process improvement background and experience with Kaizen, Lean, etc.
  • Strong background and experience with quality tools including Capability Analysis, PPAP, FAI, FMEA, GRR, Safe Launch, etc.
