As the People & Culture Lead, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years of HR experience looking to expand their skill set and grow into a leadership position

People & Culture Lead Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in employee relations matters such as benefits administration, performance improvement and onboarding
  • Administer and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs, such as training and development, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Handle HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS data
  • Lead point on all office administration, office events, health and safety or other tasks as necessary


People & Culture Lead Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
