Customer Service & Dispatch Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Dispatch Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing service requests, coordinating with technicians, and providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire service request process from initial contact to successful completion, including dispatching qualified technicians.
  • Prepare and present accurate service quotes to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Conduct follow-up customer satisfaction surveys to gauge service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
  • Respond courteously and effectively to all customer inquiries regarding equipment service and support.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of customer concerns and clearly explain resolution steps to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure and productive work environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor and telephone etiquette.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
