Assistant Project Manager

About the Role:
As an Assistant Project Manager at Airpark Signs & Graphics, you will play a pivotal role in working closely with our Project Manager team to see projects through to completion. Supporting the coordination and management of projects through clear and precise communication with all parties involved. Researching information is required.

Job Responsibilities
- Facilitating administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings, overseeing project files, and supporting procurement activities, plays a pivotal role in maintaining project organization and efficiency.
- Engaging in direct client interactions and promptly addressing inquiries to nurture and sustain strong client relationships.
- Conducting comprehensive site surveys, encompassing measurements, photography, and the collection of vital data essential for project planning and execution.
- Ensuring strict adherence to pertinent regulations, codes, and industry standards within the project's scope.
- Crafting invoices, estimates, and meticulously tracking project expenses.
- Keeping project documentation organized and up-to-date, encompassing project reports, status updates, and other pertinent records.
- Serving as a communication conduit among various department heads to facilitate seamless information exchange, thereby mitigating potential miscommunications and conflicts.
- Executing tasks assigned by the Project Manager efficiently and within specified timelines.
- Active participation in post-project evaluations to identify valuable lessons learned and areas for enhancement in future projects.

- Strong PC skills
- Capable of working independently while maintaining productivity and effectiveness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization abilities
It would be great if you also had
- Prior experience in roles such as Assistant Manager or Assistant Project Manager
- Tech-savviness, including proficiency in Google Workspace, zoom, QuickBooks
