Job Overview

IT1, a leading national technology solution provider, is seeking a highly skilled and efficient IT Project Manager to join its Project Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing IT projects for clients and internal company projects, utilizing industry and company best practices to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop detailed project plans to track and measure progress
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and methodologies
  • Successfully manage relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Perform risk management to minimize exposure to potential risks
  • Proactively research and locate necessary tools and processes to identify troublesome trends
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with IT project management experience highly desirable
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about managing and completing projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing resources and projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate project scope, status, and issues with all stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts
  • Ability to conduct and prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and develop client proposals
