Job description
Inszone Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency with multiple locations in 16 states. Our firm specializes in customized insurance products for businesses and individuals. Role: The Employee Benefits Account Manager supports the sales process of employee benefits to customer. The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPoint
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Qualifications:
- Experienced – Required. The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus.
- Licensed – Required. The candidate chosen will have current licensure for the role.
- Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success.
- Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPoint
- Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners.
- Quote and sell policies
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission
