About the role:

The ProAction Group is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Sales Development Representative. Key responsibilities for this role include:

·      Sales prospecting using all modes available such as cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.

·      Collaborating with other members of the business development team to transition prospecting leads to realistic opportunities.

·      Engaging with both clients, prospects and alliance partners to build long-term relationships.

·      Maintaining CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Ideal candidates will be committed to ProAction’s Core Values and have the following skills, abilities, and experience:

·      2+ years of working experience in Sales or Account Management

·      Be a self-starter, willing to hold themselves accountable daily

·      Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Willing to embrace both ProAction training standards and organizational processes

·      Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
