Our client is a leader in the automotive finance industry located downtown Detroit, and they are looking to add several Call Center / Chat Agents to the team
**This position is 100% IN OFFICE with NO REMOTE work**
The schedule is: 9am to 6:03pm Monday through Friday
Job Description:
The position is responsible for phone and e-mail inquiries including: investigating, resolving and responding, in oral or written form, to customer inquiries.
Position understands the various vehicle service contract installment payment products and provides necessary follow-up, including initiating customer correspondence to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of call center, chat agent - customer service experience within a call center setting (Preferred)
Data entry
Communication skills
Attention to detail
