As a Member Service Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while building strong relationships with our members. Teamwork is essential, as we strive to make our members feel supported and satisfied with every interaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of calls daily, addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on new products.
  • Respond to member calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information on various banking products, including checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit.
  • Accurately document all member interactions and inquiries.
  • Maintain positive relationships with members, resolving issues courteously and efficiently.
  • Assess members' financial needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
  • Process member loan payments and handle various accounting transactions.
  • Deliver outstanding service to credit union members, embodying our brand's positive and confident image.
  • Provide effective solutions by identifying and addressing member issues, whether related to online banking, account information, or general inquiries.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $39520.00

WE can discuss for future state. MFCU has no issue sharing the benefit offering.
