About the Role

Senior Creative Services Manager will direct creative output for agency clients and brands from the early concept stages through to production. This role requires both creative and technical skills as well as human-centered people expertise. Candidates must be an expert in integrated marketing communications tools and techniques and will serve as a liaison between the stakeholders and the creative team. A successful candidate will have knowledge that ranges across the creative disciplines, from HubSpot to the Adobe Creative Suite. They will have a working understanding of any software relevant to today’s marketing demands, including graphic design, video editing, analytics, project management and social media marketing tools.


Day-to-day duties include

· Meeting with account teams to determine client need

· Facilitating creative project kickoffs

· Leading the development of creative and project briefs

· Leading brainstorming sessions with creative and account teams

· Managing and encouraging creative team

· Benchmarking budget expenditures against projections

· Overseeing daily tasks tied to creative production

· Troubleshooting issues that could slow down the process

· Providing analysis to ensure the project stays within brand standards and project goals

· Suggesting changes to workflows to improve efficiencies and cut costs

· Presenting to account team and clients (as needed)

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, design, mass/multimedia, communications, business, or a related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in design and creative project management
  • A strategic mindset, with a demonstrated ability to understand clients’ business challenges and deliver creative solutions
  • Demonstrated creative oversight and/or brand management experience with direct management of in-house team and vendors, preferably with an advertising agency or in-house marketing department.
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Demonstratable experience in the development of successful marketing concepts and branding efforts as part of a confluent campaign
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, as well as web-based protocols (HTML, XML, Flash, Dreamweaver, Director, JavaScript).



This is a hybrid position with headquarters in Armonk, NY. Some travel is required, as well as occasional evening and weekend work.
