ROLE SUMMARYThe Marketing Creative Manager is responsible for leading and managing the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns. They work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, sales to ensure delivery of compelling and effective creative assets. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative vision, project management skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign requirements, target audience, and messaging goals.
- Manage and provide creative direction to internal and external creative teams, including designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creative professionals.
- Oversee the development and production of various marketing assets, such as digital advertisements, print materials, website content, videos, social media graphics, and more.
- Ensure consistency and brand adherence across all marketing creative elements.
- Review and approve creative concepts, storyboards, designs, and copy to ensure they meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the effectiveness and innovation of marketing creative.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of creative assets.
- Collaborate with marketing analytics teams to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mentor and guide creative marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of creative team members and provide constructive feedback for their professional development.
- Bring best practices, templates, and experience to create consistency throughout the team.
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new team members.
- Supports the daily creative workflow of the marketing department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience leading a creative team.
- Proven experience as a Creative Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully executing creative marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, marketing automation software, and web analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey marketing messages.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in the digital landscape.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
