Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree 5+ years’ experience in procurement, vendor management, and supplier diversity.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, supplier diversity, or related roles
  • Knowledge of north America Government rules and regulations for the subcontract plan compiling and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of procurement systems and tools like Power BI, click, ARIBA, evendor, Apex, resilinc, sievo and/or COUPA preferred.
  • Strong understanding and experience with supplier io required
  • Strong understanding of Tier 1 Vs. Tier 2 spend, supplier diversity Vs. Diversity in work force.
  • Familiarity with diversity certifications such as WEBENC, WEConnect international, NYNJ chamber, AICC, Hispanic chamber, pride chamber etc. and other diversity advocacy group and affiliates.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in data management tools and software.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with a passion for driving positive change through various innovative supplier diversity initiatives.
  • Large event management or project management experience such as supplier day.
  • Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare industries
  • Master's degree in relevant field, or MBA
  • Proficiency in additional languages​
