Position: Service Desk Analyst (Job Id -2587620)

Location: San Francisco CA 94104 (HYBRID MOSTLY REMOTE)

Duration: 6 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

Location: Hybrid-8000 Marina Blvd, Brisbane, Ca,

8 hour shifts M-F variable start times between 7am and 6pm.


There may be shift changes down the line to swing and/or weekend shifts. First few days for sure will be on site for training.


  • Mid-level Service Desk analyst position with a primary responsibility of providing desktop support to end-users. 3+ years of experience in IT support. Proficiency in supporting Windows & Mac operating systems as well as mobile devices such as iPhones and Androids
