The Work

The Solutions Management team leads the organization in product strategy and is responsible for overseeing the development and success of the company’s products. We function as the fulcrum balancing customer needs with Lexipol’s growth objectives.


We are actively hiring a Strategic Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our Online training platform during an exciting phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven SaaS Product Management track record of owning the business strategy, delivering market-leading products, possess strong analytical skills, and excel at driving cross-functional teams towards a common goal. As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and customer success teams to drive product innovation, market expansion, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business success. This is a wonderful opportunity for a current or former strategy consultant, looking to transition into product strategy


Work will be completed in these areas of focus:


Product Strategy & Innovation (30%)

  • Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy that aligns with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Conduct customer and competitive research as part of gathering Voice of the customer information
  • Host internal strategy and market intelligence sessions
  • Make pricing recommendations to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Innovation: Continuously innovate and iterate on products, identifying opportunities for enhancements and features that drive competitive advantage.


Content Strategy Development (20%)

  • Develop and oversee the strategy for new content features within our Online Training solution
  • Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to measure the success of products and identify areas for optimization.
  • Innovation: Continuously innovate and iterate on products, identifying opportunities for enhancements and features that drive competitive advantage.


Product Road Map (20%)

  • Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, defining prioritization of features, enhancements, and new products based on business value and customer impact.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities, trends, and areas for differentiation.
  • Identify new areas of organic and inorganic growth
  • Build business case for new ideas, determining addressable market and value at stake across verticals


Execution (20%)

  • Work with sales, product & corporate marketing, and customer success leaders to implement the go to market plans and create action plans to meet top line revenue targets
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to improve product performance
  • Work cross-functionally to execute product development initiatives in a timely manner


Cross Functional Leadership (10%)

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product strategy.
  • Guide the sales team and the customer success team in their efforts in sales, renewals, and upgrades and collaborate with product marketing to improve the customer journey
  • Collaborate with the solutions management leadership team to champion our products
  • Assist the solutions management leadership team with reporting and presentations
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps to internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.


Requirements: To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have this experience:

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform product decisions
  • Demonstrated experience preparing strategy presentations for various executive audiences (e.g., C-suite executives, sales leaders, board of directors, etc.)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills (intermediate proficiency in Excel / Tableau / Power BI preferred)
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (e.g., ability to work with Salesforce team to pull reports, analyze data, and determine business trends)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without direct authority
  • Knowledge of public safety and emerging trends is highly desirable
  • Strong skills with project management tools and software
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products is a plus
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities


Preferred Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience as a Product Manager is a plus
  • Management consulting / strategy consulting experience and/or MBA preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.


Compensation for this role: base salary of $105k to $115k, plus bonus.
