SUMMAR

YThe HR Administrator, Payroll & Benefits will play a crucial role in supporting employee benefits programs, payroll functions, and compliance functions. This position involves supporting employees and department members with benefits & payroll administration, audits and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policies and regulations. Additionally, this position is responsible for collaborating with benefit providers/brokers and payroll administrators to coordinate benefits-related activities, assist with payroll data management, and other duties as assigned

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITI

  • ESBenefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits, ensuring accurate enrollment, changes, and terminations. Support the benefits enrollment processes, including distributing enrollment materials, answering employee questions, and ensuring compliance with enrollment deadline
  • s.Payroll Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll for Accel employees which includes updating HRIS with employee changes, auditing timecards, inputting payroll data, uploading data imports and generating reports to ensure accurac
  • y.Compliance Administration: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits, pay acts, and agreement
  • s.HR Documentation: Update and maintain HR documentation and information, including guides, handbooks, policies, flyers, and contact information in the appropriate areas in a timely manne
  • r.Vendor Contact: Serve as a point of contact for HRIS providers, benefits vendors, insurance carriers, insurance brokers and third-party administrators to resolve issues, facilitate processing, and address employee concerns related to payroll & benefit
