Responsibilities:

●    Own the Problem Space: Deeply understand the challenges retailers face with returns, conducting user research to identify pain points and opportunities to deliver SaaS solutions that solve for them based on roles and for multiple retail and brand stakeholders.

●    Lead User-Centric Development: Partner with customer success and sales teams to gather feedback and validate product concepts.

●    Craft Compelling Solutions: Translate user needs into clear product requirements that guide the engineering team in building powerful features that address retailers' biggest return-related challenges.

●    Measure What Matters: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track feature effectiveness and user adoption. Analyze data and iterate on features to continuously improve value delivered.

●    Champion Product Led Growth: Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to drive product awareness and user engagement, ultimately leading to increased sales and product utilization.

 


About You:

●    7-10+ years of experience as a Product Manager for an enterprise, cloud based SaaS solution, preferably for enterprise retail customers.

●    A strong understanding of the user experience (UX) principles and design thinking methodologies.

●    Proven ability to gather and synthesize user research to define product requirements and roadmap that consistently delivers high ROI and value to enterprise organizations.

●    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, customer success).

●    Experience with user story writing and product backlog management.

●    Proficiency with data analysis tools and a passion for translating data insights into actionable product strategies.

●    Experience defining features that leverage AI to provide a competitive advantage.

●    A deep understanding of the retail industry, particularly around returns management (a plus, but not mandatory).

●    Experience defining features for multi-source data analytics platforms including automating data pipelines.

●    A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities surrounding retail, including ecommerce and especially returns.
