Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Position Overview:
- Develop and manage training schedules for various business units, ensuring appropriate training modules are assigned to the correct roles.
- Coordinate logistical and instructional materials for training rollouts, including cost estimation and budget tracking.
- Monitor instructor schedules and resource availability, identifying potential bottlenecks or risks to deliverables.
- Track and monitor course completions, knowledge assessments, proficiency lab scheduling, and results.
- Assist in developing training materials, conducting needs analysis, and designing or implementing training strategies.
- Maintain expertise as an instructional technologist.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and impactful training communications to all project stakeholders.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) and CBT (Computer-Based Training) platforms (Adobe Articulate and Success Factors preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for effective communication
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work well and collaborate with diverse personalities.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
