We are seeking a highly skilled IT Training and Support Specialist to join our team at Franklin Fitch. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, providing end-user support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create training materials and establish the curriculum for our training programs.
- Host Q&A sessions for end-users on new software and platform roll-outs.
- Evaluate training needs, identify areas for development, and engage in continuous improvement.
- Provide end-user support on technical issues, taking escalations from our helpdesk team.
Requirements:
- Experience in a law firm is highly desirable, working with legal applications.
- Experience training end-users on MS Office, VBA, iManage, and Windows.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide excellent customer service to end-users.
- Be a self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve the end-user experience.
