Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, including project management, data analysis, and process improvement. You will work closely with our Managing Director and internal team to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills to analyze large datasets and generate insightful reports.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
  • Equipment setup/logistics


  • ATS Experience:
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in using ATS to track candidate applications, schedule interviews, and generate reports.


Qualifications REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • *3+ years experience as an Operations Coordinator.
  • *ATS experience.
  • *Hyper-organized.
  • *Go-getter.
  • *Positive attitude.
  • *Operations expertise.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn.
