Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

Overview: The Hospital at Westlake Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range is based on industry standards for senior-level accounting positions in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing budget reports and analyzing variances.
  • Support the annual audit process, including coordinating with auditors and responding to audit inquiries.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of healthcare financial practices.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or equivalent preferred.
