Job Title: Senior IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Coordinator to join our team at the PLANIT Group. As a Senior IT Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating and leading discussions in large, cross-functional meetings, demonstrating leadership in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and facilitating problem-solving across teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments. You will be responsible for creating clear and concise release notes that highlight key changes, updates, and security fixes, ensuring that stakeholders are informed of changes and that security implications are well communicated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and lead discussions in large, cross-functional meetings.
  • Create clear and concise release notes that highlight key changes, updates, and security fixes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in an agile environment with exposure to both technology and cyber security projects.
  • Proficiency in Azure, including backlog management, sprint planning, and task tracking using Jira and Asana.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Application platforms.
  • Understanding of Security Operation, Incident Response Management (IRM) using ServiceNow, IT compliance, and IT security practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and impactful documentation and presentations.
