  • Build relationships with high-profile stakeholders and represent the firm at events.
  • Handle calls, appointments, and inquiries while maintaining an organized reception area.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a reception or front-of-house role; financial services or luxury experience preferred.
  • Poise, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability to both office settings and high-profile events.
