Our client, a prominent investment management firm, is looking for a warm and hospitable Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional service at our reception area while supporting the overall workplace experience. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.


**Please not that this is an on-site, temp-to-perm position. The pay will be $28-31/hr.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Always ensure a professional and organized reception area.
  • Manage and upkeep conference room cleanliness and functionality
  • Client and Visitor Experience:
  • Assist in creating a positive first impression for clients and guests.
  • Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including room setup and refreshments.
  • Provide information about the firm and its services in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Workplace Support:
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a clean and functional work environment.
  • Assist with office supplies management and inventory tracking.
  • Support employee onboarding and other workplace experience initiatives.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform light administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in organizing company events, both in-person and virtual.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on hospitality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
