This is an in the office, ONSITE position. You must be able to commute to the office downtown Chicago in a beautiful new space along the river, overlooking the beautiful lakefront for this role. There is NO COLD CALLING in this role. 60% of the time you are receiving inbound phone calls You will receive live inbound calls from consumers looking for health insurance coverage.


As an Inside Insurance Sales Agent you will help individuals through the important decision-making process of selecting a health insurance plan that matches their needs and assist the consumer in enrolling in the plan. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while achieving monthly sales goals. YOUR TRAINING AND REQUIRED INSURANCE LICENSING IS PAID FOR YOU BY THE COMPANY, attractive career paths are available, and performance based incentives are available to all of the licensed agents when you join a growing and competitive team within a fun and supportive work environment.


  • Answer live warm inbound calls and effectively sell health insurance plans and products to their customers. NO COLD CALLING
  • Guide consumers through the plan selection and application process.
  • Quickly learn insurance product offerings and serve as a subject matter expert for health insurance plans.
  • Provide an excellent consumer experience for consumers over the phone.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the firm.
  • Provide continuous feedback for improvement throughout the sales floor by raising opportunities for improvement to management.
  • Ability to work and excel in a competitive, and performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use multiple screens.
  • Must be able to successfully complete all licensing and legal background requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
