Key Responsibilities- Grow Sales and Customer Loyalty
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of HVAC products to smaller accounts, including commercial accounts.
- Nurture and develop key accounts to achieve sales volume, growth, and partnership goals.
- Manage and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers and support personnel.
- Provide proactive communication and support to customers.
- Recruit and Develop New Dealers
- Effectively recruit new dealers and train them to support their business growth.
- Develop proposals for presentation to prospective customers.
- Manage Sales Activities and Data
- Directly manage all aspects of ISR Key Account customer base.
- Update and maintain customer and sales information in CRM.
- Collaborate with Corporate Office and Field Sales
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with corporate office staff and field sales organization.
- Obtain and provide local market intelligence and feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Skills
- Strong abilities to educate and influence partners on HVAC products and programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical skills to forecast channel sales and results.
- Proven record of achieving planned quota.
- Education
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
This role requires a self-disciplined individual who can manage a territory from a home-office base. The ability to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel is also required.
