About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team at Labelmaster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and communicate with assigned customers to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Pre-plan call strategy and structure call blocks to maximize sell time and ensure sales process is on track
  • Meet or exceed call metrics and source new sales opportunities via outbound calls
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer news, and government regulations tied to product lines
  • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales account representative or manager role
  • Proficiency in PC usage, recent versions of Windows a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to navigate various sales platforms such as Salesforce and internal systems

  • A competitive base pay of $26.44 hourly plus commission (commission is paid monthly on percentage to goal)
