Medical Assistant/Receptionist

We are an Otolaryngology (ENT) Practice with locations in Doylestown, Lansdale and Sellersville seeking experienced Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist.


Responsibilities

  • Medical Assistant will work directly with the physician, take vital signs, document in EMR, assist physician with procedures and prepare and clean exam rooms. Other duties as assigned.
  • Medical Receptionist will handle check in and check out of patients, collect copays, gather referrals and other information required for a successful visit for the patient. Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience, (1+ years), in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Previous experience with Medent EMR or similar Electronic records and scheduling program.
  • Must be able to communicate with physicians and co-workers professional manner.
