This role involves:

  • Welcoming patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Managing patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Scheduling appointments using our electronic medical records system.
  • Answering phone calls in a courteous and informed manner.
  • Verifying patient insurance information accurately.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills.
  • Processing patient charges upon departure and during downtime.
  • Organizing electronic patient records.
  • Updating patient demographics as necessary.
  • Collecting and posting co-pays and other payments.
  • Facilitating referrals through online platforms.
  • Availability to work one evening per week and occasional weekends.

Qualifications:
