We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with 2-3 years of proven results to join our dynamic team in a Business Development role

Responsibilities:
- Offering team guidance and support with the sourcing and matching of available candidates
- Arranging interviews for candidates with clients, providing detailed information to both parties
- Actively sourcing new business opportunities and clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions
- Negotiating contracts and terms of business with new clients

Our Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven recruiting/business development experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset, can think outside the box and solve problems
- Able to show initiative
- Must hold permanent working rights in the USA upon application
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and listening skills
