The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in SAP deployment and a strong background in project management. This individual should be highly motivated, with exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility, and impactful environment.


Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading multiple projects of varying complexity and scope and direct leadership of teams
  • SAP S/4 Implementation Experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP system implementation methodology and expected tasks within each phase of the project
  • Proficient in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet and/or Azure DevOps
  • Ability to assist in the communication of status in a proficient manner that articulates true status of the workstream
  • Experience in working with multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and coordinating with management and stakeholders
  • Understanding of the importance of follow up and documentation of results
  • Ability to drive abstract and complex project tasks in a way that the assists the project
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills, as this is a highly visible role in the project
  • Extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent time-management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Able to maintain poise and composure under pressure in relatively ambiguous and complex situations
  • Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to changing schedules, and multiple work plans
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
