  • Over 5 years of leadership experience in IT and Application Management within a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is advantageous), SQL Server, and SQL Server Reporting Services
  • A proven ability to lead an IT team in the design, management, and development of IT business solutions
  • A history of successfully leading significant IT system projects as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in leveraging external resources to ensure the reliability, security, and alignment of infrastructure resources with the organization's current and future needs
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Results-oriented leadership skills that connect various departments to achieve shared business goals
