Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Nationwide: Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales across the entire US.
  • Strategic Planning: Cultivate and implement a business plan to achieve revenue goals.
  • CRM Mastery: Create and maintain a CRM database with detailed account information and track all opportunities.
  • Customer Onboarding & Management: Ensure seamless onboarding of customers post-sale and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and upper management to share market trends and competitive insights.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to key prospects and customers.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on all technologies and products, functioning as a subject matter expert in Remote Patient Monitoring.
  • Continuous Improvement: Hone your strategic and tactical selling skills, seek self-improvement, and implement best practices.
  • New Business Development: Investigate new opportunities to create value and demand for our products.
  • Support & Participate: Assist in tradeshows, strategic planning, sales strategy development, and budgeting.
  • Sales Workflow: Help build CRM and sales playbooks, and own and manage key CRM metrics that directly tie into revenue, retention, conversion, and churn improvements.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 10%


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience (medical device/pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience preferred), or an advanced degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant sales and leadership experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading high-performance sales teams in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; team-oriented; conceptual/consultative sales skills.
  • Experience in identifying economic drivers to maximize performance.
  • Strong data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated effective understanding of profitability and the ability to balance company and customer goals.
  • Practical sales, business development, negotiation skills, and influence management.
  • Experience in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics for one or more products.
  • While experience is beneficial, we place greater importance on intelligence, a strong work ethic, and a proactive, success-driven mindset.
