Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Engineer II at EverX USA, LLC located in Vista, CA. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing testing and maintenance of systems for sale to wholesalers. Additionally, you will install, maintain, and repair medical equipment at customer sites, provide technical support and training to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging equipment, such as MRI, CT, and X-ray systems
  • Experience in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to resolve problems quickly involving multiple variables with limited supervision and/or procedural standardization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Associate’s degree in biomedical, electrical/electronics, or computer engineering technology; military training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently yet function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of medical diagnostic imaging equipment troubleshooting and repair experience required
  • OEM or third-party training/experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites
