Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry-Level Sales / Account Manager at our Virginia Beach HQ. Account Managers are the key drivers of our client relationships. You will work directly with hiring managers across various industries to understand their unique staffing needs and develop customized workforce solutions. By networking and cold calling, you'll become a trusted partner, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to help our clients thrive.

As part of the CMS team, Account Managers regularly meet with clients to discuss hiring strategies, team dynamics, and business goals. They also collaborate closely with our Recruiting team to ensure that the candidates we provide are a perfect match for the roles we fill.


What We're Looking For


  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred. Industry knowledge in staffing or recruiting is also preferred.
  • Personality: We are seeking someone who is driven, personable, resilient, and adaptable. You thrive in dynamic environments and approach challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Sales Mindset: We're looking for someone who is not only excited about building a career in sales but is also motivated to grow alongside CMS. A results-oriented attitude and the desire to succeed are key.
  • Team Player: You enjoy being part of a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. You are a quick learner, proactive, and unafraid to voice your ideas or opinions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You will be working directly with clients, so being clear and persuasive is crucial.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
