We're seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL on a hybrid basis. (The accounting team appears in office on Wednesdays).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
•Responsible for daily cash reconciliation of bank accounts
•Responsible for preparation of month end bank reconciliations
•Prepares journal entries, reviews general ledger and related financial statements for reasonableness within set deadlines.
•Maintain prepaid expense schedules and ensure that prepaid expenses are in accordance with corporate policies.
•Assist in month end close: prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and preparation of month end journal entries.
•Assist in the preparation of month end reporting package to be submitted to the corporate office.
•Back up invoice processing.
•Manages electronic files.
•Any other duties as may be assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
•Proficient with MS Office Suite Products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong decision making and organizational skills
•Ability to perform processing duties with minimal supervision
•High degree of professionalism and personal presence
•Ability to interact effectively and professionally, and provide exceptional service, both internally and externally
•Industry software experience a plus (Dynamics and Workday)
•Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
