We are seeking a Client Services Representative for our client in Independence, Ohio. This role involves managing client relationships, processing paperwork, and providing excellent service to our customers. It's an exciting opportunity for individuals adept at Salesforce Administration, Client Communications, Client Engagement, Client Management, and completing paperwork.


Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction

• Manage all client-related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Engage actively with clients, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty

• Utilize Salesforce Administration skills to manage client data and interactions

• Resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills

• Apply Client Management skills to oversee and direct all aspects of client accounts

• Ensure client engagement by initiating and participating in client meetings and discussions

• Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients, providing solutions in a timely manner

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services to provide accurate information to clients

• Collaborate with team members to improve client services and build a client-focused environment.


Requirements:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration is essential

• Strong client communication skills required

• Demonstrated experience in client engagement

• Proven ability in client management

• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently

• Background in Financial Services industry preferred

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
