Job Summary

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for providing superior customer service, managing the coordination of client services, and ensuring effective fiscal management of their caseload. This role will also involve building strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations, as well as maintaining effective communication with the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families
  • Manage the coordination of client services, including emergent scheduling issues
  • Monitor metrics to ensure effective fiscal management of the caseload
  • Build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Maintain effective communication with the team
Requirements
  • Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS is a plus
  • Prior medical office or home care experience is preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong computer skills, including electronic medical records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
