Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple channels
  • Support regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
  • Help update inventory records to reflect sales, returns, and new stock arrivals promptly

Order Support:

  • Assist the fulfillment team in ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
  • Monitor order statuses and update systems as needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners and vendors for timely delivery of products

Data Entry & Reporting:

  • Enter inventory data into management systems accurately
  • Generate basic inventory reports and help analyze data for trends and discrepancies
  • Prepare routine reports on inventory status

Vendor/Partner Coordination:

  • Support relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Help manage orders and tracking incoming/outgoing shipments

Quality Assurance:

  • Assist in inspecting incoming inventory for quality and accuracy
  • Help manage returns and exchanges, documenting defective and damaged products
  • Assist handling customer inquiries and issues related to inventory and logistics with professionalism and efficiency
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any order-related problems promptly
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders to enhance the customer experience.


Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field preferred


1+ year of experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably within an e-commerce environment

This position may require occasional lifting of products and materials up to 50lbs

Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods
