Essential Qualifications for the Sales and Bank Audit Administrator:

  • 1-2 years of experience in bank reconciliations and handling depository activities.
  • A college degree is mandatory, with a preference for degrees in Business, Finance, or Accounting. However, equivalent education and experience combinations will also be considered.
  • Candidates with relevant internship experience will also be taken into account.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal departments.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in processing and reviewing documentation, data entry, and maintaining data integrity.


Daily Responsibilities for the Sales and Bank Audit Administrator:

  • Reconcile store bank accounts with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies with store management or banks.
  • Download daily bank files using billing software, reconcile them with the general ledger, and record necessary journal entries.
  • Match credit card transactions with the general ledger and investigate chargebacks.
  • Verify store sales in the sales audit system, working with store management and IT to resolve issues.
  • Oversee daily fund transfers from local store accounts to corporate accounts and manage check processing.
  • Assist with accounts payable by sorting and stuffing checks.
  • Report any issues identified during the reconciliation process to management.
  • Help log, sort, and mail coupons for processing.
