What You'll Do: Responsibilities
- Business Opportunities with Key Clients:
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, securing staffing contracts, and fostering quality client relationships.
- Monitor job openings at existing and potential clients, sourcing and recruiting candidates regularly.
- Client and Candidate Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to plan recruitment strategies, manage client relationships, and educate them on market conditions.
Maintain and Build A Strong Pipeline of Quality Candidates
1. Reach out to candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and nurture relationships.
2. Collaborate with candidates to understand their career goals and facilitate connections that align with their aspirations.
- Interview, Assess, and Present Candidates
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and handle post-interview processes such as reference checks and background screenings.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot concerns, mentor junior recruiters, and stay updated on employment laws.
Requirements
What You'll Need: Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent blend of education and work experience in the staffing industry or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment-focused experience.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Effective relationship building and management with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
