Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's evolving strategic plan, mission, vision, and values.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with hiring managers to understand immediate, mid-term, and long-term staffing needs and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates, ensuring a pool of qualified diverse candidates in advance of need.
  • Implement key initiatives and special projects in response to internal business needs and sector trends.
  • Attend networking and recruiting events to identify potential employers for our candidate pool.
  • Enhance awareness of Providence Staffing LLC's brand across multiple platforms, including social media and job boards.
  • Screen applicants via phone or in person.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting and staffing experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for empowering candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet staffing deadlines.
  • Highly process and detail-oriented.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Compensation:

$18 per hour plus commission on each direct hire placement.
