This position is focused on providing operational support for the Remote Access VPN Management Service, ensuring exceptional customer support through collaboration with various teams and vendors.


The VPN Analyst role requires a skill set enabling the individual to deliver top-notch service while meeting high availability and flexibility expectations for the infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support remote access VPN across global and Cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitor and manage VPN devices around the clock.
  • Respond to alerts, incidents, and issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP LTMs and APM modules.
  • Implement VPN policy changes and analysis.
  • Provide insights to customers on Remote Access VPN activity.
  • Document network and application-level information.
  • Evaluate F5 APM and security alerts.
  • Collaborate to resolve incidents with member firms and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and processes.
  • Communicate effectively across different time zones and countries.

Responsibilities also include:


  • Ensure continuous availability of Remote Access VPN services.
  • Manage service issues and incidents.
  • Uphold compliance with ISMS policies.
  • Work with onsite engineers during critical situations.
  • Adhere to incident management SLAs.
  • Document troubleshooting processes.
  • Participate in global technology system groups.
  • Mentor peers on processes and procedures.

Knowledge Sharing / Documentation:
  • Contribute to operational documentation in compliance with standards.
  • Assist in training new staff.
  • Review documentation with leadership and teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficiency in F5 LTM and APM.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, network protocols, and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Cisco VPN technologies.
  • Understanding of F5 DNS and BIG IQ management platform.
  • Additional qualifications preferred, including F5 BIG-IP Certification.
